Thanksgiving

We visited down south at my parents for Thanksgiving and had a great relaxing day. We went for a walk around the neighborhood and sat down for a grand turkey dinner. The grandparents and great grandparents had fun watching Bixby and cuddling with him. He had a very sleepy day after the car ride down. We are sitting by the fire this morning enjoying the morning and cooking up a big egg breakfast. Cheers and Happy Thanksgiving!!

Bixby and Dad

Bixby definately enjoys hearing dad play the guitar. Dad even learned his favorite lullaby. He seems to have a good sense of rhythm already and is happy to "talk" and "sing" along when the moment strikes. Enjoy the movie clip.

A visit with grandma and grandpa Gleason

Last weekend grandma and grandpa Gleason got to meet little Bixby. They had a lot of fun sitting in the front yard in the afternoon sun. They got to see him smile and make all sorts of great faces at them and the world. Aunt Aly and Uncle Nate also stopped by to say hi....but they mostly got to experience the big meltdown after a busy day.

Bixby's first bath

Bixby had his first tub bath on the 6th of November (to get all gussied up for Bridget and Tyson's wedding). These are actualy pictures from bath #2...#1 was a little new and he was a little uncertain of the process so these turned out better. He loves the bath now.

OK...so by overwhelming request, here are some more pics of the kid. He has been enjoying walking around the orchard and hanging out in the yard. My parents came on Saturday bearing food and cookies!!! So enjoy the pics and we will keep you posted.
